A new video, created by a local chef, shows how to prepare a soup made from the fin of a shark in just 30 minutes.
As the video is being shared online, many are saying that it is the best shark fin recipe ever.
The video shows how it is done in just minutes, with the fin removed, the soup and the meat all combined in a blender.
“I was actually looking for a recipe where you just mix everything together,” said chef Jeffrey Williams, who said he was inspired by the chef in the video.
“The soup is really delicious.”
The video was filmed in the Pacific Northwest last year, and it was published in March.
“It was kind of an accidental discovery for me,” Williams said.
“A friend and I had been talking about sharks in the ocean and about this recipe.

This is not the first time Williams has shared a recipe for a shark fin, and he said he’s been inspired by other chefs who use this recipe for decades.
“There are a lot of different ways to do this,” Williams told CBC News.
